The decision to submit a resume to a client is the result of a discussion between you and one of our recruiters. We reveal everything we know about a position. Our philosophy is that you are professionals and need all the facts in order to make decisions about your career. We will never mass-mail your resume to potential employers.

All fees are paid by our clients and all searches are done on a contingency basis. This means that, as a candidate, there is no expense to you.
