The Hetrick Center started in 1979, when founder Dr. Paul Hetrick opened his first clinic. From the inception, he set high personal standards to provide the best quality health care services available. Along the way, he earned the trust and friendship of his patients and the Middletown community he served. As Dr. Hetrick continued to advance his education and experience, he developed a “vision” for a unique health care clinic, with a “multidisciplinary” approach. He brought together a variety of specialized providers, in an effort to provide patient-centered services “under one roof”. In turn, the practice flourished due to the convenience of seeing multiple providers in a collaborative environment. Under Dr. Hetrick’s leadership, The Hetrick Center added additional clinics in Mechanicsburg, Mount Joy, and Harrisburg. Along the way, Dr. Hetrick invented the HydroWorx© aquatic therapy pools: www.hydroworx.com . This further-contributed to The Hetrick Center’s notoriety throughout the world, and gave the company a unique, state-of-the-art service to offer to patients. In 2015, Dr. Hetrick sold The Hetrick Center to Dr. Scott Colman and Dr. Mary Colman. Now, under the Colman’s, the company continues to thrive as they carry-out Dr. Hetrick’s vision of clinical excellence. The Hetrick Center is a well-respected, non-surgical approach to treating musculoskeletal and neurological disorders (Chiropractic, Physical Therapy, Aquatic Therapy, Therapeutic Massage, and more!). The Colman’s lead a team of employees passionate about patient care, as well as driven by results. Patient-centered care is of the utmost importance. The Hetrick Center’s employees have an endless thirst for knowledge, along with extraordinary interpersonal skills.
