The International Au Pair Exchange (TIAPE), based in Bellingham, WA, is a cultural exchange organization. We are one of only 13 organizations across the United States to be designated by the U.S. Department of State as an official program sponsor of au pair exchange visitors. As a designated sponsor, we legally sponsor placements of enthusiastic and exceptional young adults from around the world with caring host families in the United States. Our au pairs provide childcare assistance while participating in cultural exchange and completing academic courses at an accredited post-secondary institution. TIAPE also offers exciting and unique cultural exchange opportunities for young Americans wishing to travel abroad as an au pair.
