The Labrewatory is a small, Portland-based facility that provides on-site beer production experiences. It operates as a fully licensed brewery where customers brew using base malt supplied by the facility, assisted by a seasoned brewing professional. Clients schedule a date, bring their own specialty ingredients, and the brewing takes place on-site, after which the beer proceeds to fermentation. Fermentation can be monitored remotely, with options to sample or adjust ingredients by appointment or during normal business hours. After fermentation, either the customer or Labrewatory staff carbonate and keg the beer for sale, and the facility keeps one barrel of each session in its Tap Room for blind tasting feedback from visitors.
