The Macritchie Group currently focuses on five verticals: 

Macritchie Storage: 
Macritchie develops self-storage facilities across the US.  It uses proprietary analytics to identify development opportunities in strong primary and secondary markets, resulting in top-tier operating and investment performance.

Otter Self Storage: 
Otter acquires and automates self-storage facilities in mid-tier markets across the US.  To date, the group has acquired over 25 facilities within a diverse portfolio across 12 states.  

Honey Bee RV Storage: 
Honey Bee acquires and develops RV and boat storage facilities.  It is one of the largest owners of property in the sector.  To date, the group has completed over 20 deals, including the largest in the history of the sector with a six-asset portfolio acquisition in Florida. 
 
Osprey: 
Osprey acquires and develops RV communities with waterfront access near major metro areas.  Osprey currently owns multiple waterfront RV communities across North America, ranging from the Sacramento Delta to Lake Ontario.
 
Lynx: 
Lynx acquires and develops multi-tenant industrial outdoor storage facilities across the US.  Lynx utilizes proprietary data analytics and in-house construction and operations teams to foster growth on a national scale.
