The Panel operates through four main divisions: IT & Business Transformation, Accountancy, Funds and Banking, and Legal & HR. The IT & Business Transformation division is the newest, established in 2006 and led by Fergal Keys, focusing on roles such as executive IT, data management, business change, programme and project management, software development, IT PMO, testing, datacentres, cloud, infrastructure, and IT risk/compliance. The Accountancy division recruits finance staff for roles in industry and private practice, with Paul McArdle managing the area. The Funds and Banking division recruits for fund administration and management, banking, securities, leasing, treasury, finance, and compliance/trustee, with Anne Keys and Alan Bluett responsible for the area. The Legal & HR division fills roles from Legal Executive to Head of Legal and Partner level for top and mid-tier firms, financial services organisations, multinationals, and blue-chip Irish PLCs; Sarah Kelly manages this area.
