The Professionals Grp is a real estate brokerage firm with its head office in The Woodlands, TX. It offers its agents a number of brands through which they can buy or sell real estate: - The Residential Professionals - The Commercial Professionals - The Land & Ranch Professionals - The Business Professionals Besides simply offering strong brands, the company pays for and gives its agents access to the best real estate analysis software available and trains them on how to use it to help them help their clients. The company operates a high-service model for its agents that allows them to: - reduce their stress levels - have more time with their kids & family - offer their clients a high-quality service - close more deals - make more money at the end of the day The way we do this is to keep the ratio of our full-time admin staff vs agents to around 15% or more. This way agents don't need to hire their own admin staff or marketing staff... we load balance these services across our agent count so they can focus on getting more deals done! The Professionals Grp is a young company with a big vision. We believe in taking all our stakeholders into account: - clients, employees, suppliers, investors, communities & the environment. The first four of those stakeholders are taken care of through our business practices which are always being reviewed and improved. The last two, communities & the environment, are provided for by us annually funding our company charity: www.BringHopetotheWorld.org. We are also members of www.onepercentfortheplanet.org. So, we give 1% of our annual revenue to BringHopetotheWorld and from there we donate 50% of those funds to "community" charities (orphans, young single moms, etc.) and 50% to environmental charities that we typically select from www.onepercentfortheplanet.org member charities.
