We are a group of professional recruiters, who specialize in specific industries, who partner with clients in a top to bottom recruiting effort. We have hands on approach that may include visiting the corporate office, meeting the staff, touring the facilities, and working directly with the hiring manger. This provides you the client with the best candidate match relating to the experience, education, and cultural fit you require of your search. We do not recruit for everyone as we are selective in the clients we approach. Our goal is to represent our clients as an extension of their organization. 

When choosing an agency there are some things a potential client should consider. Most agency recruiters are structured on volume and have on average more than 20 active searches they are responsible for at any given time. We believe this does not leave much time to spend on each client’s need thus the recruiter sends database fatter or shopping the boards for active candidates which you already have access too. Our business is structured so our recruiters have fewer searches thus allowing more time to spend on each search to produce better results. We focus on the big picture and not just sending out massive amounts of candidates hoping one hits the mark.
