The Renaissance Collaborative, Inc. is a Chicago-based nonprofit that promotes self-sufficiency through an integrated network of supportive housing, employment, and educational services. Serving Bronzeville and adjacent communities, it has provided affordable housing, workforce development, and related supports for more than two decades. The organization began in 1992 with a mission to save the historic Wabash YMCA; the building now houses The Renaissance Apartments and Fitness for Life Center, offering comprehensive services to residents. Its programs address the needs of low-income residents, seniors, and others seeking stability through housing, employment, and community-based resources, including seniors' support groups, recovery resources, and health and employment fairs.

Over the years TRC has reported tangible outcomes, including employment for about 1,200 low-income residents, housing for more than 400 homeless residents, and affordable housing for over 120 low-income seniors, along with outreach to more than 10,000 residents. Leadership transitions during the 2020s included the appointment of Oji Eggleston as executive director in 2023 and the retirement of Patricia Abrams in January 2024 after 31 years of service. In December 2025 the organization announced a continued investment in assets by renovating the historic former Wabash YMCA in Chicago as part of its ongoing efforts in Bronzeville.
