The Resource Exchange (TRE) is a nonprofit case management organization based in Colorado Springs, Colorado, operating in the field of individual and family services. It coordinates services for infants through seniors with diverse needs, including disabilities, developmental delays, mental health concerns, or long-term care requirements, using a person-centered approach that emphasizes choice and collaboration with community partners.
