The executive coaching relationship begins with the Birkman Personality Assessment®. The Birkman Method® consists of a 298-questions that combines motivational, behavioral, and interest evaluation into one single assessment, which provides a multi-dimensional and comprehensive analysis, thus reducing the need for multiple assessments. The resulting multi-dimensional portrait of productive behaviors, underlying needs and motivations, stress behaviors, and organizational orientation will be used to guide the coaching relationship in a direction that enables the executive to achieve higher levels of performance and reduce stress behaviors.
