The Siegel Group (TSG) is a privately held real estate investment and management firm with a comprehensive platform covering all real estate classes. TSG’s strategy is to acquire under-performing income-producing assets that offer medium to long-term appreciation and the potential for revenue growth through refocused, intensive, and hands-on management.

TSG also targets investments that can be acquired at attractive valuations due to financial or physical distress.
