Turquoise is a small, niche direct sell Tour Operator specialising in bespoke long haul honeymoons, family holidays and tailor-made once-in-lifetime journeys to East and Southern Africa, the Indian Ocean, Sri Lanka, South East Asia, Australia, New Zealand, the South Pacific and the Caribbean. We are constantly in search of new, unique and authentic experiences which offer our clients the chance to meet the locals and embrace the essence of a destination. These experiences are then combined with a stay in a boutique hotel or contemporary eco-hideaway in an awe-inspiring location. Our aim is to put the romance back into the travel experience and our luxury is about space, privacy, passion and style. Most of our honeymoons and journeys are two weeks - combining one week's soft adventure or safari with a week's relaxation. We strive to seek out knowledgeable local guides and hosts whose engaging enthusiasm and genuine hospitality are all part of the experience and we personally hand-pick properties which celebrate the culture, gastronomy, architecture, nature and spirit of their locations. Our honeymoon gift list service, which provides an opportunity for friends and family to buy special experiences for the bride and groom, was the first of its kind in the UK. We are based in Beaconsfield, Buckinghamshire in a converted stables but also have a beach-house style shop on Northcote Road in Battersea, south-west London. Above all else, our young dynamic sales team take great pride in creating memorable journeys which last a lifetime.
