Since 2007, The Whelan Group's goal has been to provide creative and innovative solutions for our higher education clients. In 2009, TWG acquired Zoom Intercollegiate Marketing, giving us the opportunity to provide state-of-the-art direct mail, email and interactive solutions to our clients. The higher education marketplace has enthusiastically embraced these services. Additionally, our parent, The Whitley Printing Company, an Austin-based printer with 60 years of experience, has supported our efforts and growth. As we moved into 2010, TWG began an expansion of options which included Predictive Modeling, our Net Price Calculator and serious discussions about developing a user-friendly CRM tool for our clients. We were no longer a group, but a growing company comprised of experienced marketing consultants, seasoned customer service professionals and a cutting edge interactive team. It was clear we needed to revise our name to acknowledge the continued changes and improvements to TWG as we moved forward into 2011 and beyond. Thus, I am pleased to announce that effective January 1, 2011 we will now be TWG Plus. TWG Plus is the consolidation of three companies, Whitley, Whelan and Zoom. The “plus” represents our commitment to an ongoing expansion of solutions. It also represents the advantage our clients get when partnering with TWG Plus. “Educated Marketing” references the educated approach we take in delivering marketing solutions.
