The Wooten Company, LLC, was formed in 1978 by C. Tal Wooten, Jr., on the ideals of providing the best apartment at the best price with superior customer service. Being locally owned and managed gives our company the added benefit of knowing what our investors, clients and tenants need.

Our apartment communities vary with a variety of price ranges, amenities, and locations. Included in our portfolio of apartments ranges from Class A to Class C properties, Section 42 Tax Credit, and 55+ housing. Our local company includes an experienced upper management team with 100 years of experience. We compile an experienced team of accountants, leasing agents, maintenance technicians, plumbers, electricians, and our own HVAC department to make sure our investors, clients and tenants are taken care of as if they were our own family.

Included in our portfolio are storage facilities and commercial locations. We currently manage 2  (4) storage facilities and over 300,000 sq. ft. of commercial facilities.
