Perhaps you are experiencing difficulties in your life right now, such as loss or grief, transitions in work or relationships, or maybe you are a caregiver for an older family member and feel overwhelmed. We all experience stumbling blocks from time to time. It is my goal to provide a calm, safe, and secure environment where you are comfortable exploring questions and challenges, and where growth and healing can occur. My caring and collaborative approach utilizes your strengths to address life's challenges.

My clinical work, which is informed by psychodynamic and relational theories, is complemented by the use of lifestyle elements when appropriate. So, for example, I may suggest mindfulness practices, breath work, relaxation techniques or dietary adjustment.

I find that this holistic, integrative framework is most effective in its ability to heal, transform lives, and create overall wellness.
