The Thoroughbred Owners and Breeders Association (TOBA) is a national trade organization for Thoroughbred owners and breeders in the United States. Its mission is to improve the economics, integrity, and enjoyment of the sport for its members, supported by education through clinics and seminars and by industry initiatives such as the American Graded Stakes Committee, the Claiming Crown, and the Sales Integrity Program. TOBA co-manages OwnerView with The Jockey Club to provide information for new, prospective, and current owners, and it operates Thoroughbred Charities of America as its charitable arm. Based in Lexington, Kentucky, TOBA serves within the spectator sports sector and acts as a voice and facilitator for ownership and breeding interests in the sport. A recent development includes TOBA Pedigree & Co's partnership with Ftboa to host a Pedigree and Conformation Clinic in Ocala, Florida, in March 2026.
