We assist companies in going public on the NYSE (New York Stock Exchange), American Stock Exchange (AMEX), NASDAQ (National Association of Securities Dealers Automated Quotations), OTCBB (Over the Counter Bulletin Board) and the Pink Sheets. The larger exchanges have qualifications you must meet. The OTC markets  accept  smaller and start up companies.  The Pink Sheets do not require audits but the OTC Board does require audits. 

We can take a company public.  However, we are not underwriters, broker dealers nor investment bankers.

Our method to take you public is a direct registration. We do not raise capital.
