TIEM Engineering specializes in military specification and commercial packaging. Our personnel are highly experienced and cross-trained in the application of military packaging and preservation methods, as well as proficient in interpreting government contract requirements for packaging, labeling and shipping. We facilitate the demanding inspection, packaging, documentation and shipping requirements of the US government and assure compliance and acceptance to all our customers.

TIEM Engineering provides:
     •	on-site packaging that complies with military and commercial standards and that meets 
        ISO 9001:2015 requirements
     •	registration with the US Department of State per AECA and ITAR
     •	package engineering with experience in designing and building crates either for export or 
        domestic shipping
     •	a final inspection and acceptance site with a government QAR available for timely 
        inspection and sign-off
     •	knowledge in all aspects of MIL-STD-2073, ASTM-D-3951, MIL-STD-129 and MIL-STD-130 
        markings
     •	iRAPT preparation and submission used for receiving reports, billing and advanced 
        shipping notices
     •	utilization of the Vendor Shipment Module (VSM) for logistics and transportation support
     •	bar code, MSL, RFID, IUID and UID labels that are compliant with MIL-STD-129 and MIL- 
        STD-130 markings
     •	an export and consolidation point for Foreign Military Sale (FMS) packing and 
        containerization
     •	knowledge in HAZMAT packaging and shipping documentation
