Tierra Group International, Ltd. (Tierra Group) was formed in January 2012 by Matt Fuller, CPG and Pete Kowalewski, P.E. to create a small, client-focused group of professionals primarily offering civil, geotechnical, and water resources engineering consulting services to the mining industry. Matt and Pete combined bring over 45 years of experience providing services to the natural resources and mining industries.

Accomplished through focused, personal client-engagement, Tierra Group develops practical yet innovative solutions, and delivers results focused only on our client’s needs.
