We work to tackle barriers to progress with both policy makers and employers and we are the UK’s leading experts on flexible working and job design.
 
Through our research, we evidence the need for good flexible work to boost the living standards of low and middle earners. We know good flexible jobs enable employees to gain increased autonomy and control over how much, when or where they work. 
 
Through our programmes, we trial practical solutions onsite, in classrooms, on construction sites and in hospitals, and scale these through consultancy and campaigns.

Our social impact report highlights that in the last two years we have generated a positive impact for over 860,000 workers. Ranging from improved wellbeing and work life balance through to enhanced flexible ways of working, better working hours, less chaotic workloads and improved internal progression pathways.
