TIPS Roadside is a full service restaurant and bar located in the heart of the Sonoma Valley.  This is a fulfillment of a long time dream of owners Andrew & Susie Pryfogle, who have created one of the hottest new dining destinations in the wine country.  

Executive Chef Thaddeus Palmese leans on his New Orleans roots to create what we call Wine Country Comfort Food...Inspired by southern cuisine but paired with locally sourced ingredients.  The biggest sellers include a remarkable Fried Chicken with Red Eye Gravy, a fork tender Short Rib with Polenta Fries, and to-die-for Beignets with spiced powdered sugar and lemon sauce.

TIPS Roadside got its start with The Tri Tip Trolley...a "food truck"​ roaming Sonoma County to bring people our "World Famous"​ Tri Tip SANDO.  Our SANDO is a half pound of "cubed"​ tri tip on a fresh toast roll, topped with slaw and our spicy sweet chipotle sauce.
