Tom Groll Engineering seeks to be recognized as one of the preeminent civil design firms within the Central Texas land development and construction industry.  Our primary function is to provide civil engineering design and consulting services to the owners and developers of residential subdivisions, multi-family complexes, commercial, and institutional site development projects.
