Tom Groll Engineering seeks to be recognized as one of the preeminent civil design firms within the Central Texas land development and construction industry.  Our primary function is to provide civil engineering design and consulting services to the owners and developers of residential subdivisions, multi-family complexes, commercial, and institutional site development projects.  One of the most important characteristics of this service is our ability to respond quickly and accurately to our client's needs during the planning, design, permitting, and construction phases of their project.  Our service differs from most competitors in that we have a considerable amount of experience in pre-construction planning, regulatory permitting, and construction project management.
