ABOUT
     ToolCo (toolcoinc.com) is a family run business focusing on custom manufacturing. As a modern job shop, ToolCo employs a wide variety of machine capabilities to meet the needs of its diverse clientele. We strive to produce high quality products on time and at reasonable cost. 

HISTORY
     ToolCo began in the mid 1970's in western Pennsylvania as a garage with 2 machines focusing on tool and die work. In 1980 the first building was purchased at the current site on Leechburg Road in New Kensington. The company continued to work in the tool and die sector as well as new expansion into the custom machining market.
     Over the next 3 decades ToolCo achieved dynamic growth through its ability to meet customer demands with valuable solutions. In 2017 ToolCo welcomed its newest expansion in the form of an 8,000 square foot manufacturing space in a brand new building next to the original location. The new building will allow ToolCo to continue sustained growth to serve our customers' growing demands.

CAPABILITIES
     ToolCo maintains capabilities for today's diverse manufacturing requirements including CNC milling and turning, CNC C02 laser cutting, wire EDM, forming, sawing, and grinding. ToolCo also offers finishing services both in-house and outsourced to reputable companies such as welding, heat treating, special grinding, plating, painting, powder coating, assembling, packaging, and inspection.
