TIFF is a film organization based in Toronto, Ontario, focused on presenting the best of international and Canadian cinema to film lovers. It has grown from a ten-day festival to offer programming year-round, including screenings, lectures, discussions, festivals, workshops, industry support and opportunities to meet filmmakers from Canada and around the world. Based in Toronto and operating in the Movies, Videos and Sound industry, TIFF serves film lovers and industry professionals through year-round programming and development activities, and in 2026 it continued collaborations with the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences, including partnerships for the 53rd Student Academy Awards and involvement around the 98th Academy Awards nominations.
