It is owned by its depositors, has no shareholders and is operated to serve the banking and investment management needs of the thirty-three towns in Northwest Connecticut.  Our Mutual Savings Bank Charter helps us to manage according to the best interests of our local communities.  We are strongly capitalized, conservatively guided, safe and secure.
