Total Home Manager is owned and operated by two local entrepreneurs who are also long-time residents: Jim Baxter, who grew his business from three employees and annual sales of $300,000 to 30 employees and annual sales of $6M; and Ray Disch who was co-founder of Triumph Brewing Company, and founder/broker of Disch Real Estate. He is currently a broker with Callaway Henderson Sotheby's International Realty. Together they bring more than 40 years of home construction, maintenance and management experience.
