TPI Staffing Service, Inc. began April 1st, 1989. TPI Staffing Service, Inc. is a staffing agency that offers companies an affordable option to the traditional vehicle of finding and hiring employees. TPI Staffing Service, Inc. was set in motion by Kathy Janes.  Mrs. Janes was a stay-at-home mom who supplemented the family income by taking temporary jobs. As her reputation as a reliable temp grew, the demand for her skills became so great she began to see a need she could fill. Her vision then and today was to strive to be the leader in the employment industry with skilled employees and progressive services for all the clients’ satisfaction. Due to her exceptional customer service and ability to match the right person to the right job, Kathy eventually outgrew her space and recently moved to the location at 320 W. Maple, Enid, Oklahoma and has a second location at 215 N 3rd, in Ponca City, OK.  In 2009, Kathy's son Darren, took over the family business and continues to oversee the team of professionals.
