Tri-Area Community Health is a Federally Qualified Health Center and a Recognized Health Quality Leader. We have four established clinics in Ferrum, Floyd, Laurel Fork, and Grayson County. Additionally, we have pharmacies connected to both our Ferrum and Laurel Fork facilities. We are also in the process of establishing a new clinic in Baywood.
