When John P. Walsh returned to Rhode Island after serving in World War II, the young entrepreneur and family man tested the waters with a variety of business ventures. One of them was Tri-Bro Tool Company, a tool room that he opened in 1947 and operated with his two brothers.

Located in Providence, the Costume Jewelry Capital of the World in the 20th century, Tri-Bro flourished. The company developed a specialty in seamless brass bangles and rings, as well as the ability to enhance them with diamond cut designs. Cuff bracelets, earrings and an extensive line of findings rounded out the collection. Over time, Tri-Bro added many items in sterling silver and copper.

Now operated by the second generation of the Walsh family, with involvement of the third generation, Tri-Bro is proud to be carrying out the legacy of its founder - and its home town. All products are made in the USA with the finest attention to detail, quality and customer service.
