Tri-Quest Builders & Developers, Inc. was founded in 2006 by three talented construction professionals with a vision to build an innovative commercial construction company.

With over 85 years of collective experience in commercial construction, the Tri-Quest partners have worked diligently to build long-term relationships with especially important people; our Clients, Architects, Consultants & Professional Resources. We understand, it is the relationships that matter most!!!

What makes us the optimum choice as a builder is the team of talented employees & sub-contractors who reinforce the spirit & enthusiasm of Tri-Quest. We strive to find people who are the best at what they do & love doing it. More simply put, a team with vision, passion & dedication to their work.

We are licensed in California, Idaho, Nevada, & Washington. 

We are proud of our team of 20 employees; we currently have 7 Superintendents and 4 Carpenters who oversee our projects daily.
