TRICOM Building Maintenance is a private corporation established in 1996 by president and founder, Ian Hodge. TRICOM has proudly provided cleaning, ancillary staffing, restoration and maintenance contracting and all aspects of building maintenance to customers in North America for over 25 years. TRICOM developed its operational delivery, quality assurance, onsite technology and team performance to deliver a high-quality service to our clients.  With our growth we developed our team with continued education to become leaders in our industry.
