In 2003 my wife and I founded TriFlex Corporation. Our focus has continued to evolve as the health industry has changed over the years. My courses and workshops now help brokers and HR professionals develop an innovative consultative approach to health and welfare benefits delivery.

I have written numerous Continuing Education courses, which I now present throughout the nation to Local and Statewide NAHU chapters, General Agencies and HR organizations.  My articles have been published in the NAHU HIU Magazine in the column called “Be A Better Broker”.
