Trimen Solutions, LLC, has been in business since 2008 and is currently owned by Shaun Spencer who serves as the President and Lead HR Consultant.  Shaun is certified as an Human Resources Professional by both the Human Resources Certification Institute and the Society for Human Resources Management, as well as a Staffing Professional by the American Staffing Association.  In August 2017, Trimen Solutions launched an employment services division - Trimen Career Placement Services. In addition to long term temp, temp to perm and direct placement positions, we now offer a variety of employment services for both business clients and job applicants.  Our work force solutions include talent acquisition, on and offsite personnel management as well as various employee screening, training and development services.

Our certified human resource and staffing associates are dedicated to ensuring that every employee is treated fairly, and every staffing solution is met with 15 years of industry knowledge and experience.  Our vast history with companies in various industries and employees at every level enables our HR team to create customized training programs to meet specific needs and create desired outcomes. Our business management solutions include Project/Contract Management, Office Management, Unemployment Insurance Claims Management, as well as Injury/Worker's Compensation Claims Management.

Trimen Solutions currently operates from 3 locations in the state of Kentucky:  the Heyburn Building at 332 West Broadway, Ste. 605, Louisville, KY  40202; the NIA Center, 2900 West Broadway, Louisville, KY  40210; and 169 East Reynolds Road, Ste. 102-B, Lexington, KY  40517.

Our goal is to continue to grow statewide and regionally as we expand our focus to include construction, shipping, manufacturing industries and public sector opportunities.
