He assists banks with their appraisal needs, orginates commercial loans for community banks, assists in the disposition of REO properties and non performing bank notes.
For 25 years he was the senior Correspondent Banking officer for major regional banks. He is a qualified instructor for Real Estate Finance with the American Institute of Banking
