Over the past 25 years, the principals have structured over 75 separate real estate syndications with a value in excess of $3 billion. Over this time, we have successfully established a broad investor base that includes thousands of high net worth and institutional investors.

Our real estate investment strategy focuses on stable, income-generating assets with an emphasis on office, industrial and multi-family properties located in Tier I & II cities throughout the US. We pursue transactions both independently and through joint venture operating partners.
