Jerry and Anne Trupiano founded the operation that is now TRU Services in 1995. From the beginning, they set out to build a company that reflected their shared values of integrity, open communication and a sense of fun. Their values and strengths are what led to the acquisition of TRU by Liberty Mutual Insurance. 

Now well into our second decade of bringing Medical Stop Loss coverage to a nationwide market, we have identified three key elements to our company’s continued success.
