Mergers & Growth TTL Associates completed a strategic merger with CT Consultants, expanding capabilities in environmental, testing, and geotechnical engineering within a broader planning and architectural design platform. This creates cross-sell opportunities to existing CT clients seeking full-service environmental compliance and site investigation expertise.

Environmental Capabilities TTL's AASHTO-certified laboratories and full-suite environmental services can be positioned to bolster CT’s project workflows, especially for transportation, infrastructure, and municipal developments that require rigorous environmental testing, permitting support, and due diligence.

Geotechnical & Lab Access Leveraging TTL’s geotechnical engineering and testing labs provides a strong upsell for site characterization, soil testing, and material analysis on CT-led projects, including civil, roadway, and urban development initiatives.

Public Sector Footprint Recent hires and project wins in city and municipal contexts (e.g., Conneaut city management, Miamisburg planning) indicate ongoing public sector demand. Target similar municipalities and regional projects requiring planning, environmental, and civil engineering services.

Market Positioning With revenue in the mid range for mid-sized multidisciplinary firms and a broad portfolio, TTL–CT presents an attractive bundle for agencies seeking integrated design, environmental compliance, and planning services, enabling bundled proposals to compete with larger firms.
