TTL Associates was founded in 2003 and grew into a full-service environmental, testing, and geotechnical engineering firm with AASHTO-certified laboratories. The company was based in Toledo, Ohio, delivering environmental services and related testing and geotechnical work in the region. CT Consultants acquired TTL Associates in December 2022, integrating TTL's capabilities with CT's planning, engineering, and architectural design services to broaden offerings into new markets. TTL's environmental, testing, and geotechnical work continues within CT Consultants, with the AASHTO-certified laboratories remaining part of the firm. This merger expands CT's capacity to deliver specialized environmental services alongside its broader professional practice.
