IIn operation since 1999, TurboFil has manufactured liquid filling and assembly systems for the pharmaceutical, cosmetic and chemical industries.  

The TurboFil product line consists of:

•	Liquid fillers 
•	Automated and semi-automated Monoblocks 
•	Cappers 
•	Crimpers
•	Medical & Small Parts Assembly 


We work closely with our customers to customize machines to meet their specific requirements.  We can integrate a wide variety of components into a complete system allowing it to fit seamlessly into the customer’s operation.  

All drawings are done in Solidworks, a 3D engineering design tool that offers precise conceptualization of designs.  Our solutions are customized, not “one size fits all”. 

 All our machines are manufactured in our Mount Vernon, NY facility.
