Turningpoint is a global coaching and leadership development firm, offering a broad range of services in coaching, learning, and development. We also support organizations in shifting and transforming their culture and leadership behaviors.

We design tailor-made leadership development and transformation programs for senior executives and high potentials in top-tier organizations, drawing on a network of over 220 senior coaches located worldwide.

Our approach emphasizes experimentation, practical application, and interaction between participants, whether the journey is face-to-face, blended, or fully remote. Born out of research on leadership transitions in Europe in 1999, we have maintained this spirit of exploration and constant innovation in both content development and teaching methods. This is achieved through partnerships with universities and business schools such as Sciences Po Paris, EM Lyon, and the University of Toronto, as well as through our TP Lab—a dedicated space for developing and refining our practices by leveraging the latest research and innovations. The TP Lab regularly brings together our coaches and experts to continually renew our approaches and teaching methods.
