Turningpoint is a global coaching and leadership development firm, offering a broad range of services in coaching, learning, and development. We also support organizations in shifting and transforming their culture and leadership behaviors. We design tailor-made leadership development and transformation programs for senior executives and high potentials in top-tier organizations, drawing on a network of over 220 senior coaches located worldwide. This is achieved through partnerships with universities and business schools such as Sciences Po Paris, EM Lyon, and the University of Toronto, as well as through our TP Lab—a dedicated space for developing and refining our practices by leveraging the latest research and innovations.
