We provide everything from facility design, layout, construction/project management, equipment procurement and installation. We also provide complete fitness center programming from group fitness to personal training to corporate wellness. We also provide complete fitness center management for locations that need that too. 
In addition, we help other fitness pros looking to build their own facilities by providing every resource needed to make that happen from architectural work, construction work, equipment procurement/installation and online and offline marketing. 
We also sell our franchised Fitness Lair fitness centers to individuals or buildings that want a fitness center at a fraction of the cost of traditional fitness franchises or health clubs.
