AXIP, our Royalty Accounting system, contains two components: License Contract Management and Royalty Calculation and Reporting. These applications provide an organization with total visibility on license-related activity, and sales of licensed products and royalty payment history.

Our License Contract Management module allows an organization to track and report on license contract information over time as well as to specify the terms for royalty payment that will be used by the royalty calculation routines.

Our Royalty Calculation and Reporting module processes an organization’s sales history file to determine sales of items containing licensed content. The application calculates all royalties based on information stored in the Contract Database and maintains a database of royalty related activity for analysis and reporting. The system will optionally generate the A/P transactions and journal entries to reflect licensed sales.
