Universal Ideas, LLC is dedicated to working with leaders in up-leveling their decision making and negotiation processes.  For this reason, we've established the Lead In Presence (TM) Mastermind Program for leaders who make numerous high-stakes decisions for their companies or organizations. Following the introductory course, if we are a match, the client is invited to join the mastermind program, which is an invitation only program in which leaders apply the introductory material to real time decisions and acquire advanced skills.
