Universal Ideas, LLC is dedicated to working with leaders in up-leveling their decision making and negotiation processes.  For this reason, we've established the Lead In Presence (TM) Mastermind Program for leaders who make numerous high-stakes decisions for their companies or organizations.  Please see LeadInPresence.com for more information.  The program begins with an introductory course in which the basic decision making processes are learned.  Following the introductory course, if we are a match, the client is invited to join the mastermind program, which is an invitation only program in which leaders apply the introductory material to real time decisions and acquire advanced skills.
