University Emergency Medicine Foundation (UEMF) is a nonprofit academic medical practice based in Providence, Rhode Island, that administers the Department of Emergency Medicine at the Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University. It also oversees the emergency departments at Rhode Island Hospital, Hasbro Children's Hospital, and The Miriam and Newport Hospital, collectively treating more than 250,000 patients each year.
