Upstate Refractory Services is a full service Contractor, Installer, and Distributor.  We provide Refractory Materials, Installation, Distribution, Precast Refractory Shapes, New Furnace Design and Build Services, and Furnace Retrofits.  Precast refractory shapes from ounces to 15,000#.  Industrial Heating Furnaces serving the Heat Treating, Forging, Foundry, and Ceramics Industries are our core competency.  Our Engineering Department uses SOLIDWORKS 3D Cad Software.  We provide complete project management services and have completed projects in excess of $1,000,00.00 in scope.  Upstate Refractories is located in Newark, NY in an Industrial Park with a 23,000 Square Foot Facility.  In this facility we have a complete Metal Fabrication Facility, Refractory Repair Facility, Precast Shape Facility, Ceramic Fiber Fabrication Facility, CNC router for machining Ceramic Fiber Board, a CNC Foam Cutter for Form Fabrication, Dryout Furnaces, and a Warehouse with nearly $500,000 in Inventory.
