Expanding Government Contracts US Aviation has secured significant federal funding and contracts, including an $835 million award to provide pilot training for the U.S. Air Force. This presents opportunities to offer specialized military-grade aviation training equipment, MRO services, or expanded aviation support solutions tailored to large-scale government projects.

Strategic Airline Partnerships The partnership with Avelo Airlines and AAR highlights US Aviation’s focus on building strong commercial aviation relationships, offering potential for sales of aircraft maintenance, training services, parts supply, and fleet management solutions to both established and emerging airline clients.

Growing Training Fleet With a fleet of over 100 aircraft, including Tecnam assets acquired in recent years, there is a clear demand for innovative aircraft maintenance, parts, and simulator services tailored to small and medium-sized flight schools and training centers looking to upgrade or expand their fleet.

International Training Market US Aviation’s recognition by the CAAC and its global student base indicate an active presence in international markets. This opens avenues for targeted sales of training simulators, aircraft parts, and maintenance support to international aviation academies and government agencies.

Technological and Safety Leadership The academy’s FAA approval and high pass rates position it as a leader in safety and training quality, creating opportunities for selling advanced flight simulation technology, safety management systems, and pilot training software to other flight schools and aviation training institutes.

US Aviation is a fully integrated and internationally recognized aviation organization. US Aviation Group consists of our Fixed Base Operator, US Jet Center, and flight training division, US Aviation Academy. The Academy specializes in professional flight training for domestic, international and military students. Founded in late 2005, US Aviation has trained thousands of students throughout the USA, China, Columbia, Egypt, India, Mexico, Saudi Arabia, and around the world.

Many of our US-based students train in our joint program with Tarrant County College at Alliance Airport, providing a two year associate's degree along with all the licenses and ratings required to start a pilot career. Our growing fleet of 100+ planes is comprised of Cessna 152, C172, Seneca, and King Air aircraft. US Aviation also has a range of simulators from desktop BATDs to a FAA approved Level C King Air 90 Full Flight Simulator. The FAA has granted Self-Examining Authority to US Aviation Academy for Private, Instrument, and Commercial pilot training - a rare honor given only to schools with very high pass rates. We are also one of the few flight academies in the world authorized by the Civil Aviation Administration of China (CAAC) to train Chinese airline cadets.

Flight operations are supported by our fully certified and equipped Part 145 maintenance shops. Our team of A&Ps kept the fleet flying for over 81,000 hours in 2018 with even more hours expected in 2019. US Jet Center is the sole-source FBO in Denton Executive Airport (KDTO) with over 100,000 square feet of executive hangar space and room for expansion to meet North Texas' growth. When in Denton, come by the FBO and experience our world-class service. If you're looking for a new home for your aircraft or aviation business, contact US Jet Center about leasing! Corporate offices are located at 4850 Spartan Drive, Denton, TX.
